• A reduction of 10% per week for your oldest child when more than one child from the same family attends.
• The fee for a full day consists of up to 91/2 hours per day.  Anything in excess of 91/2 hours will be charged an additional $5 per day, per child.
• If you inform us that your full-time child will be absent for a full week due to a holiday or illness, one week in advance, you will receive 25% discount for the full week.  This will be limited to 4 weeks including any weeks we are not open.
• If you are part time and you have an absent day or week you will not be given a discount, but if you would like to book your child in for another day during the same week and we are able to fit them in you can ‘swap’ your days.
• There is no reduction for Statutory Holidays for full-time childcare.  If you are part-time, you can ‘swap’ your days if spaces are available.
• If you pay by any other means than Direct Debit you will be charged a $5 admin fee.  This is due to the extra administration hours required to bank money and keep track of automatic/internet payments.  
• Should you drop your child off early or pick him/her up late (outside of our opening hours) you will be charged $15.00 per 15 minutes.
• Centre trips may have additional charges; parents will sign a letter regarding trip fees before any fee is charged.
