Enrolment

  • To confirm your booking:
    *We require from you an enrolment form and one week’s fees to be paid in advance.  This is non refundable if you choose to cancel your booking less than 3 weeks before your start date.
    * A debt check will be completed.  If your debt check is returned with bad debts, your enrolment may be denied or made subject to conditions.
  • We are WINZ approved. Contact WINZ for more information on their subsidies.  If your WINZ subsidy has not been approved prior to your starting date, you will need to pay the week’s fees in advance.  This will then be shown as a credit on your account.
  • The hours that we operate are 7.15 am. to 6.00 pm.  
  • A full day is considered to be up to 9 ½ hours per day (see our Policy on Fee’s for information regarding days longer than 9 ½ hours).  
  • The half day is from 7.15 am to 12.30 pm and 12.30 pm to 6.00 pm.  
  • BUT…we are licensed to be open later than 6 pm, so if you get stuck in a meeting or in traffic, please give us a call (see Policy on Fee’s for charges).
  • Booking times will be allocated at time of enrolment.  Parents will be given an opportunity at the start of each school term to change these booking times if required.  If parents need to change these booking times outside of this date, there will be a $7 administration charge.
  • In order to ensure educational consistency for our older children, we require children aged 3 and 4 years to attend every day, either a half day or a full day.  A full day booking will be a minimum of 9am-3pm, while a half day booking will be considered either 7.30-12.30pm or 12.30-6pm.
  • Due to government funding we do prefer children to be booked in for a minimum of three hours on any one day. 
  • If your child is absent on the same day (e.g a Wednesday) for three consecutive weeks, it is possible that we will loose our government funding for that day.  Therefore, if this happens, the Administrator or Supervisor will speak with you to review your booked days.

Cancellation of Enrolment

  • We require two weeks notice of cancellation on your booking, or two weeks of fees.  Two weeks of fees outstanding will result in the cancellation of your booking, unless you have contacted us and made other arrangements.  If there is a problem, we can always assist and make alternative arrangements.
