A reduction of 10% per week will be given for your oldest child when more than one child from the same family attends.
Fees must be kept one week in advance.
Any overdue accounts will incur an additional 10% charge based on the amount owing, per week.
The fee for a full day consists of up to 9½ hours per day. Any booking and/or attendance in excess of this will be charged an additional $5 per child, for up to and including every half hour over 9 ½ hours.
If you inform us that your full-time child will be absent for a full week due to a holiday or illness, one week in advance, you will receive 25% discount for the full week. This will be limited to 4 weeks including any weeks we are not open.
Due to Ministry of Education funding requirements, any time off exceeding three consecutive weeks must be approved by management.
If you are part time and you have an absent day or week you will not be given a discount, but if you would like to book your child in for another day during the same week and we are able to fit them in you can ‘swap’ your days.
There is no reduction for Statutory Holidays for full-time childcare. If you are part-time, you can ‘swap’ your days if spaces are available.
If you pay by any other means than Direct Debit you will be charged a $5 admin fee. This is due to the extra administration hours required to bank money and keep track of automatic/internet payments.
Should you drop your child off early or pick him/her up late (outside of our opening hours) you will be charged $15.00 for up to every 15 minutes.
If you need to temporarily change your drop off or pick up times, please speak to Shirlene or Sue. Charges may apply.
If you receive a WINZ subsidy, you are responsible for ensuring this is kept up-to-date. If your WINZ subsidy stops for any reason, you will be expected to pay full fees.
Centre trips may have additional charges; parents will sign a letter regarding trip fees before any fee is charged.
